U.S.- and UK-Based SALES DIRECTORS

We’re looking for energetic, focused, proven sales reps to play fundamental roles in the execution of an ambitious sales strategy.


The ideal candidate can:

  • Articulate and present TVSquared’s value proposition to prospects, including C-level executives
  • Delve into product use cases and highlight successful client case studies
  • Manage complex sales cycles and cultivate a rapidly growing pipeline of business
  • Close business, meet or outperform monthly quotas and generate new, top-of-funnel opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts; research and develop pricing

A candidate should have: a minimum five years of SaaS experience; a BA/BS degree; experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred); knowledge of the media space; proven ability to exceed performance targets; and astute negotiation skills.

Senior client services data analyst

We’re looking for a U.S.-based data analyst, with at least two years of experience in a marketing analytics role, to join our Client Services team.


The ideal candidate can:

  • Perform complex transform/load/analysis of data and results
  • Handle requests from high-priority clients with minimal support, and interface with those clients to resolve issues, offer advice, deliver results
  • Liaise with various TVSquared departments to ensure clients are services to the highest standards
  • Contribute to the presales process

A candidate should have: a computer science/technology-type degree; a deep knowledge of SQL (Postgres experience a plus); familiarization with text-file manipulation and ETL technologies; and strong Excel skills.

Account DIRECTOR

We’re looking for account directors who can work closely with brand, agency and network clients to ensure long-term success.


The ideal candidate can:

  • Act as a lead point of contact for all matters specific to a portfolio of customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Liaise with sales and product to ensure timely, efficient delivery of solutions based on customer needs
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Work with business development to identify and pursue growth opportunities

A candidate should have: a minimum of three years SaaS experience; a proven track record as a sales account manager/executive; and an understanding of sales performance metrics.

Data scientist

We need highly motivated math, engineering and data practitioners that can bring technical understanding, broad contextual knowledge and creative problem-solving skills to TVSquared.


The ideal candidate can:

  • Use machine-learning techniques, visualizations and statistical analysis to gain insight into client data sets using technologies such as NumPy, SciPy, Spark, MLLib and R
  • Conduct ongoing management and optimization of databases in a data warehouse context
  • Apply creative thinking to solve portal-wide technical and business problems
  • Research, design and prototype new algorithmic product features based on requirements
  • Communicate findings and solutions to a variety of audiences

A candidate should have: a post-graduate degree or advanced training in statistics, pure or applied mathematics, operations research, machine learning or other highly quantitative fields; more than five years of experience in applied research; proficiency in Python, MongoDB, PostgreSQL; and a working knowledge of database and ETL processes.

Business Development Reps

We’re looking for BDRs who can identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for regional Account Executives. BDRs manage the inbound lead activity in their territories, qualify active buying interests and develop opportunities in prospect accounts.


The ideal candidate can:

  • Prospect, educate, qualify and develop target accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Interact with prospects via telephone and email
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts
  • Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in Salesforce

A candidate must have: positive, energetic phone skills; strong writing skills; be a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up; and be proficient with standard, corporate productivity tools.
